Payment  Terms.
Payment terms for all orders are payment with order by wire transfer to IMIP's bank account. All payments in U.S. dollars.

Letter of Credit terms are only available for orders having a Net price over $200,000.00 USD and such L/C must be confirmed irrevocable L/C drawn on a U.S. Bank and payable at sight.

Warranty. New Products.
All new products carry the guarantee of the manufacturer. The manufacturers determination of cause of failure is final. All new products are sold FOB shipping point, U.S.A., which is normally FOB Chicago, Illinois, FOB Broadview, Illinois, or FOB Joliet, Illinois but may be FOB manufacturers factory for very large shipments.

Pre-Owned and Refurbished Products.
Due to the many products that we represent, any warranty extended will vary in length depending on type of product and the warranty conditions of IMIP's suppliers. If not otherwise stated product is deemed to be free of defects at time of shipment and no other warranty is expressed or implied. All pre-owned and refurbished products are sold FOB shipping point, U.S.A., which is normally FOB Chicago, Illinois, FOB Broadview, Illinois, or FOB Joliet, Illinois but may be FOB manufacturers factory for very large shipments. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges and all duties and other customs charges, including for returned merchandise.

Damage In Shipment.
We are not responsible for damage in shipment. The products are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment. All claims for damage to the products must be filed with the carrier. Damage to outisde packaging which indicates potential loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or reciept and signed by carrier's agent. If you discover any concealed loss or damage  when unpacking, you must make a written claim and request for inspection to the carrier's agent within three (3) working days of delivery.Do not return damaged goods ro IMIP Inc. without prior written authorization. 

Order and Cancellation Policy.
Any order placed with IMIP Inc. is considered to be non-cancellable on receipt of payment by our Bank.

If customer finds it necessary to cancel an order prior to it having been shipped by IMIP Inc., a minimum cancellation charge of 30% will apply in addition to any other expenses such as shipping charges, etc., that IMIP Inc. may have incurred prior to receipt of written cancellation notice.

Applicable Law/Invalidity.
All IMIP Inc. sales shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of Illinois and the United States of America applicable to all contracts and sales made by IMIP Inc.

Return Policy for Defective Products
If any product appears to be defective or fails during the warranty period, such product must be returned to IMIP Inc. for inspection and repair or replacement, all charges prepaid. Email us for a return authorization prior to returning and shipping instructions. IMIP Inc.'s liability is limited solely to the replacement, repair, or issuance of credit for parts which are returned to IMIP Inc. freight and duty prepaid, proven to be defective upon inspection by IMIP Inc. and the original equipment manufacturer. 

Warranty Limitations.
Any warranty extended by or through IMIP Inc. does not cover any equipment that is damaged or becomes defective as a result of incoming power problems, natural disasters, accidents, misuse, abuse, or as a result of using incorrect replacement parts, or labor service by other than experienced medical imaging service engineers.
